There's no charges to be pressed, they said that in the video... plus they suspended the officers, so they did do a good job policing themselves. It's not like they were sexually assaulting her. For all the dumbasses writing on here, let's put it this way... If that girl was suffering a severe mental illness, would the outrage be far worse? It seems that people feel nothing for someone who consumes alcohol (which is legal) and goes over their personal limit, (which is also legal) and finds themselves being taken advantage of.
