This is not fake. This video is over 10 years old lol. You can legally swear/yell at an officer in some states, but flipping the bird right in their face and within a 6 ft perimeter of the officer is a personal attack and is a threat of force. The officer should have taken the suspect down and not have hit him, but self control gets the best of us sometimes.
