A Master Of Mystic - Poirot's Littles Grey Cells are the Ultimate Mystery Solvers. This attention to detail, to imagery, to "Chess Like" reflexes of the mind, were never so accomplished as they are with David Suchet. To have others in the Role Of Poirot, is to ask Monet to change his painting style.

I just watched Jemima Rooper in 'Lost in Austen' and it looks like the actor playing 'the peacock' here played Bingley in that film.

this is later in Poirot's life...after he has retired from the business, so to speak and has his man-servant, Georges, to tend to his needs. Miss Lemon, Hasting, and Japp have all retired as well.

Supposedly, they are in the process of filming "Curtain". We should see it within the next year or so... or so I've been told by my producer friend at ITV. Keep your fingers crossed! :)

it's such a shame they changed the plot of this one. the book was totally fascinating - i don't understand why they would make it BORING?

I hate remakes. It is awful that they always have to change the plot. It is not that good, never.

LOL@ Ms Oliver saying " They were making a terrible racket! Impossible to work!!" and then when you expect her to say "I complained and made them stop" But No! She says "So I joined them!". I love that!

Is this the ghost from Hex? She has sort of a similar neurotic personality. I think her name was Thelma.
