dude if you want to make sure you dont evade while up there go right to the end of the platform like with the nose over the edge.. if you fall of reset your car (select) and youll end up on the platform again i got 2 mill bounty doing tht on my first time.. and losing the cops after jus go thru the gas station then go back into rockport and knock down the scaffolding on the way in.. just after that there in a place u can get in to cool down.. works every time
