If you have a Yahoo Account you have to do it directly through Yahoo. There is a new Yahoo Mail that you can use this with but they make you buy it. This is now replaced with Windows Mail.

You can look at the email headers. For outlook express you right click on the unopend email and click properties and then details. Not sure if even that works as I have never tried it.

when I auto-forward my email from outlook express to a yahoo mail account, it doesn't show me who sent it. The mail says that it was sent by MY email address, but I'd like to know who originally sent it to my outlook express box. Any idea how to fix this problem?

Go to tools>accounts and select the account you want to change. Select properties and tou will find it on the servers tab at the bottom.

You need to contact your email provider or if you know someone who uses the same provider ask them to look at their account settings and they can tell you

Your provider should tell you. You can always google your provider with keywords pop3 email server and see if it brings any results.
