Something has gone on prior to the recording of this video - I think it is very suspicious. Why would the police stop an ambulance?!!!! Ambulances are allowed to travel as fast as they can without endangering life so that they can save people inside them. This video is ridiculous and there well more to this situation than when the man decided to start filming.
