Well I can't argue with you. Your right. The Phils do have a scary lineup, I'll give em that. Im a huge Mets fan, but I have to tip my cap to the Phils. I live on the border of NY and Mass so I have alot of Redsox friends and going back to the Middle of the season I have been telling them that the Phils had the best lineup in baseball. Their starting pitching is Cole who is great, but then its ver par to sub par. Their bulpen and closer is really what got them TO the playoffs. congrats.

Pretty easy road for them. Yes they deserved to win. Yes, they are the champs. But honestly. They didn't need to play their best to win. First the Brewers, who the Phillies should be able to beat. Then the Dodgers who play in a bad division, and they played way over their heads just to get there. Then TB. Talented but young. They just got past Boston which was probably them blowing their load. Mets in 2009.
