On 26 September 2008, in Cornhill-On-Tweed, Northumberland, in the north of England, near the Scotland border, the Guinness World Record for the most wheat harvested in eight hours with a combine harvester was broken. The new landmark was set at 551.6 tonnes (1,216,069 lbs) and was achieved by Mountfair Farming Ltd using a New Holland CR9090 equipped with a 10.7 m (35 ft) Varifeed Header: We read about the recent Guinness World Record in the press and we were confident we could do better.

Lol, looks very staged alright,3.15 they all piss off the records done, leave the rest of the field to the farmer to sort out. lousy buggers bet they didnt even finish the field for him.

Well isn't a NH combine a class nine, so they had the advantage of power compared to the claas class "8" It's said they needed all that extra power to combine 25 extra tons vs the class 8 claas and I bet the NH used more fuel too.BTW, we have 2 CR9090 wish I bought 2 lexions instead. My 2 cents

bodajże 551 ton w 8 godzin. Maksymalna uzyskana wydajność to 100 ton na godzinę przy średniej stracie 0.5% i zużyciu paliwa 13.3l/ha. wykosili 53.5 ha. a poza tym śliczne zborze :]

I can assure you one thing: no farmer would accept the quality of the work of such a harvesting record (either New Holland or Claas)
