i would think he spends his money on all the paint, because you cant put colored pencil on a big wall for the world to see you ideas. he turns the ugly walls he paints on into beautiful pieces of art, and art that the whole world can see, without him having to be some super rich famous guy.and besides, i think he gets funds for this. :D
