I am going to post this and close all comments on this video. I will not, by any means, change my personal opinion about there being no cure for autism. I feel that it is that a person with autism is not being accepted and discriminated against. Autism symptoms will improve with certain methods, but the person will ALWAYS have autism to a degree. I have watched people try to cure their kids for 10 years...not one proven case of a cure. All we can do is accept and love.

Go to an adult autistic and tell them you would like to cure them and see what response you will get. Better yet, talk to the ones who have endured these so called "cures" and see what their response is.

Prove a ROCK SOLID case that will convince me. I stand by my belief until it can be proven otherwise. I have seen identical twins with autism and on the same spectrum. I am very aware that ASD is a collection of "disorders". I have a son with one of them and have been doing research for 10 years and have never seen one proven case of a cure other than mothers who think that the child is cured because they improved. There will ALWAYS be an underlying amount of autism in that person.

How do you KNOW there is no cure for autism? The genetic causes are varied. They can't even find a single gene that is implicated in more than 1% of the ASD cases. There is clearly an environmental component, otherwise identical twins would have the same diagnosis and symptoms. Studies show that 60-70% do. ASD is a collection of disorders, delays and disabilities. Like cancer, some are bound to be more treatable than others. Earlier treatment is better than later.

I haven't totally cured my son, but I would say I've improved his "symptoms" by 85% thru the gfcf diet and probiotics. It's said that 8 out of 10 will respond to it and especially when they're still young. The theory is that antibiotics destroy the good flora in the intestines, then yeast overgrows, making holes in the intestine. Proteins leak thru, attaching themselves to the opiate receptors in the brain, drugging them. My son has gone thru withdrawl from milk and gluten! There is hope!

My daughter was cured of an autism spectrum disorder. I'm not saying every child can be cured but to say no child can be cured is not true, because my daughter is living proof. We need to stop poisoning our kids with vaccines or else autism will become the new normal.

i love your video! i believe in what you believe in because that is what i have experienced with my son, omar johnber henry. after giving birth to omar, life has been like a rollercoaster ride for our family, but not once did we think that he can be cured and that he will be normal someday. we have accepted him for who he is and what he is. Despite the difficulties and pains, he has consistently made us happy and proud of him. u may view him by searching "omar the great". Enjoy!

Do you think that ABA is wrong? My son is 4 years old and stimms ALL OF THE TIME! Is it wrong for us to try to make him stop? How can we really say that we should not try to cure them? Everytime my son does something new that he has been taught, we are overjoyed. And so is he, that he could finally let us know that he was thirsty, by sinning around in a circle in the kitchen! Did you know that spinning around in a circle is not socialy execptable? How can that be if it is communication?

I know that is it very unfair and very unpleasant. It really is not fair at all. I am so sorry that your dad yelled at you. I wonder when others will realize that pills are not the answer.
