A friend living in Canada pays taxes out the ying yang but their health care system is "free" and they are completely covered. Her Dad had a stroke and needed a MRI but the waiting list was 6-9 months which is systemic structural rationing and so they come to America where they can get the advanced procedures he needs when he needs them. Also consequently thanks to their system where everything is "free" they end up paying twice to get what they need when they need it.

Gupta will dance to whatever tune private insurers are grinding out on the organ for him. I've lived under four different national systems, and the US is the pits. If you get really sick, or your kid does, even with a middle class income, you're basically ruined. The system punishes you financially for getting cancer, but rewards some dirtbag lawyer charged to deny any claims to the insurance provider. How f***ked up it that? It's a completely immoral and inefficient system.

I don't get a bill, if I fall and break my arm.I cost less than most, I'm a pretty healthy guy.. but for the few times i have been to the doctor, and I see people who need real help.If I am ever in anyone's shoes.. he owned Sanjay. Im from Canada and I currently live in the Uk. I am very happy and at ease that I do not have to worry about paying for healthcare. The point that Micheal Moore is trying to make is just that no money should be made for peoples health, and hes right. Insurance companies should not be involved, yes taxes are paid, but to pay the Nurses and Doctors that take care of us and not a big insurance company.

No, Gupta is not wrong, he almost agrees with Moore on every account. While I agree with Moore that CNN was quite biased in their original report, here is Gupta apologizing and Moore just can't accept it cause he's being stubborn.Gupta only tries to make one REAL argument against Moore, and that is that the system is NOT free, which is completely true. Citizens will pay for it in their taxes.
