It's name is simply Miami Vice Theme by Jan Hammer and there are 2 versions of the theme.

Came up for me between train videos from the mid-80s. I was a train spotter then as well as fan of Miami Vice. Seeing this old TV show intro today gave me a little time travel and that's what makes youtube magical.
