Nice, I miss Santana here in Minnesota he is a gem, it's another deal that the Twins screwed the fans with, we gave up one of the best pitchers in MLB and didn't get enough in return

Yes, Santana was pitching I think. I know, I went to those two Mets games because there was already a group going. I wanted to go to a Yankees game this year before the tare down the old stadium, but it never worked out. :(

i came up from boston with a buddy that day! that fucking ramp sucks! i sat a little behind where you were sitting. i remember it being cold later in that game in the upper upper deck. it was pretty cool. i had to come to the place where buckner happend. i was only 8 yrs old but am definatly over it now! i liked shea overall. nice to see the new stadium next yr. i like the video. i remember alot of the festivities that cold sprinkly day.

Wow, glad you had a great time at that game, guess it felt a bit weird with it being the last ever game in that stadium. The atmosphere there looked and sounded electric, makes me wish I'd gone to see the Padres play when I was in San Diego. And yep, I clocked the OTT fan there, lol. Glad the Mets won, too...rounded it off nicely.:)
