Actually, you would do a faceplant because there's not enough centripetal force to keep you in your seat. Monowheels are notorious for gerbling when you accelerate or brake, and bad things happen when you gerbil -- ask Richard Gere.The design has been around for about a century, and none of them has gone into wide commercial production...
