Attorneys dont have to "hide" anything. Attorney-client privilege means all communication between a defendant and his lawyer is private. It is the foundation of our criminal justice system, and one of the thing that makes America America. You...do...like...America...don't you?

This is an unbelievable abuse. At the very least it is a misdemeanor unauthorized use of personal property. In a larger context, it is a state violation of attorney client privilege and the right to counsel.
