Theses girls sound amazing as they are so they really dont need to belt. As for belting I am a belter myself and I have been studying muic for years. If you are properly trained you must know that a belter doesnt force air out of their throat. They use their diaphram. There is nothing wrong with belting.

no belting is forcing too much air through your vocal folds to achieve a louder sound it is damaging to the folds and puts them under more stress making it harder to achieve the right frequency real singers know this and study how to acheve volume without using anymore air it is possible ive been learning how for months
