Sears did the same thing with me about my refrigerator. They came like 6 times and kept saying they needed parts. They took like 3 months and water leaked all under my hardwood floor and make them buckle. So I called them and had to get real ignorant, and they came and half fixed the fridge. Now the gotta pay for my floor! Sears sucks!
