Walker5473 My condition is SI Joint dysfunction compounded by Radio Frequency Ablation which left me hardly able to walk, and now I live life at a level 8 out of ten pain. On my good days.To stand or walk makes it go up. Medical science has run out of options to help me with. Do know that I still make myself walk even if for the three to five minutes of standing time I get a day. If I push harder the pain stays elevated for 3 waeeks b4 calming back to a level 8... Your vids ROCK!
