Alpha famale are intellegent and active members of our society but they underdeliever and see themselves as more than what they really are. creativeand or unique they are not also they dictate rather than lead which for the most part put them at a disadvantage!!!!!! Kevinues

I think Alpha females are just as common as Alpha males, but instead of needing to overpower with force and aggression, they simply use emotions and victimization to portray themselves at a disadvantage and prey on the general compassion of males.

Thatcher is/was an alpha male. The Queen channels the establishment - she does not exist as a person. This woman "talks a lot, but (s)he's not really saying anything"

through my own experience I have seen one alpha male boss. I managed to adapt with. I Gave him the respect he needed. I talked only when I was asked for an opinion, otherwise I keep quit and observe. He was very experienced and demanded the people around him to work very very hard. I have a good relation with him. He respects me and when he assigns me to do something I make sure I give it my best. I respect myself by focusing on my work, and trying not to stick my nose in others business.

Don't consider Margaret Thatcher an alpha female. I think her charisma came form the fact that she had a mission and a goal and fought intensely towards it even though it wasn't hers to start with, so she wasn't a self centered person.

I thought alpha male or females were attention grabbing arrogant self centered people and usually not that competent, but very competitive. They may appear self confident, however they use arrogance to intimidate others, and manipulate attention towards other peoples mistakes and their own successes only. This way everybody around gets the impression they are the strongest. I see them as bullies and usually run away as soon as I spot a specimen.

Was Bernie Madoff an Alpha Male? He is a species that belongs in a cage!

Is she talking about people or wolves>?

I disagree with her supposition that alpha females are more compassionate. This simply isn't true in my experience. Female alphas are far more likely to portray themselves as victims (often pointing at their gender as justification) or rescuers in order to gain social status. This is not charisma, but is often mistaken for charisma.

People behave differently sometimes and they have not clear personality model very often. Very often people bahave according to the situation and different each time or according to their feelings or problems in mind at that moment. Sometimes rude people are taken as alpha or D in DISC model. 7:55 Very good answer I guess so, well soft like bear and observe only? ;) Nice movie, btw I guess you have strong personality too and you are very family woman, don't you? ;)
