He's in shape, he's just not particularly fast or good at coverage. He's a reliable tackler and good at run support, but he's not Ed Reed in coverage and probably never will be (few are anyway). He'll be a good player though.

his coverage skills are below average and he isn't fast. See the Miami-OU game from last year. He and the rest of that Miami secondary got abused all day by Sam Bradford, Malcolm Kelly, and company.

Stop comparing him to Meriweather, Reed, Taylor...KP is a good competitor who started all 3 years at UM. I'm a canes fan and he never really gave any WOAH plays but he is steady, smart, EXTREMELY talented, and was never really injured at Miami. Good pickup
