A very good mellow night. I agree, the best in the duo or trio. I've seen these guys with Al really sweating live. Thanks for all the postings but if people could date the gigs please...This isn't about speed, by the way, but cascades of sound. I believe John explained as such. I love how McLaughlin perfectly balances expression with musicality. The urge to go on a technical display must be strong yet John NEVER sacrifices that for musicality. A true musical genius & the best guitarist EVER imho.

this is the best version by far on youtube. dimeola has the tendency to put flange or something while playing acoustic, which completely ruins this song imo. john and paco understand this perfectly thank God for that.
