i have a form of autism called aspergers syndrome and totally can see how this kid got on fire like that... autistic people can get in a zone and hyper focus easier than other people.. im like that with sports and play guitar and drums and can just get so into it that i block everything else out so the fact that they make it seem like a miracle that this kid got in the zone is kinda strange i bet most of the best athletes and musicians have some sort of autism or apergers

I have this saved in favorites, and come to it from time to time. My son is 17 and autistic. Not a athelete, but he can play two keyboards at the same time presenting awesome music. I think, personally, if society would pay closer attention to autistics and their world, we might be able to help ourselves in this time of uncertanity.They have total focus...and never give up...and that is only a small fragment of what they are about.My son will always be my greatest teacher.
