This is just amazing. You have a guy who knows he's got weeks or months to live and he delivers something like this. Someone as great as Jimmy V had tried to figure out the meaning of life before leaving us, and he figured something as simple as, cry, think, smile. Words to live by. What a great human being, it gives pessimists like me a reason to believe in the human race.End of rant. ;).

Every time I watch this video, it makes me laugh, it makes cry and makes me think - Jimmy V was right on the money. What an amazing speech.

this really is not the place for these types of disagreements. I am not a religous person but i have donated hundreds of dollars to the Jimmy V Foundation and will continue to do so because i immensely appreciate what he has done for cancer research. I lost my father and mother in law to cancer, and my mother recently beat breast cancer. No one should disrespect this page with petty bickering over religion. Appreciate the man for what he was regardless of beliefs.

Well first and foremost, this is one of the greatest speeches of all time. Secondly Frogskin, I respect your rationale in your belief and I wont tell what to you believe or that you are wrong. But let me give you some food for thought. Jimmy V gave this wonderful speech and put everything he had into to trying to help others in his final days. Do you really think that a person with love for mankind as strong as his exists without help from some one larger than ourselves? If so, then you do it.
