I'll try to explain this slowly for you all...it is standard procedure for any videographic or photographic media to be taken inside any government buildings without proper authorization and documentation. This officer actually showed more restraint than I would have. I would have confiscated the camera due to the operater failing to follow instructions given by a uniformed LEO. As far as civil rights, unless he is a member of the media he has no right on government property. FAIL!!!!!!
