Very nice, you have a good foundation to build onto. I had a chance to study Katori Shinto Ryu many years ago, but life took me another path. I very fondly recall the discipline though.Keep up the good work, you'll be something special with more dedication.

One branch in stick fighting is Shinto Muso Ryu.Founder got enlightenment of arts long after beaten by Musashi passed down to Nishioka Sensei. When I was a kid, learned a lot from him.Father told me at that time because he was trying to keep the original style,he had trouble with Kendo Associations.I just found videos of him.The style maintain the right developments in the Kata almost similar from Katori Shinto Ryu.Hope this would give some hints to a little beautiful artist in this video!

This art is carefully designed and developed, and it gives the right steps. These should not be ignored till the certain levels. It is not only for frame and movement. Its purpose can extend even to development of bones or intestines. But yes, I was a bit rude here. I am really sorry for my first comment. I offended her, I did not mean to.I am personally really happy and excited to know that there are still young generations like her who pursue this art.
