A weak bike can be 'power wheelied' by accelerating hard in first, cutting off the throttle and then whacking it open again. Hellish on the drivetrain but will get the wheel up on almost any bike.

your bike is to much of a pansy to power wheelie. you would probably have to do a clutch slip to wheelie

Don't wheelie the RVF or VFR400 the position of the sump will starve the engine of oil not a good idea at all.

Try tugging hard on the handlebars when you power wheelie.

possible that there's not enough power, I use a 250cc so wheelies always with clutch. Good luck and enjoy!
