I believe that the world is changing faster and faster everyday - You have find ways to maintain an urgency to change and innovate - ever faster every day = "a burning platform" Both Sustained Innovation (could be LEAN) and Disruptive Innovation(DI) to create an DI like the Wii - DI is tough because you take a risk on a gut feelings DI has to be it CHEAP -> find new CHEAP way to collect feedback and ideas -> CHEAP prototyping -> only act on great test results -> the next DI Wii is born

The main problem is: too much politics, lawyers, people in administraction, systems and procedures only for procedures - bureaucracy, NLP, morality, manipulation during interview processes instead of skills in huge organizations (see: Silly Job Interview - Monty Python, Law Firm Job Interview)! This not support talented people but loyal ones only.
