@2krunk4yall If you do it slow, your working on the muscles, so it grows.. If you do it fast, it's perfect for burning fat.. i hope this helps you!

question... i do this same exercise, but i do it double time and i've lost my beer belly in about 3 weeks, and i'm seeing definition now. when i go fast, i can do a few sets of 50, slow, i can do 30 or 35. Is this something that should be done at a slower pace? anything wrong with going fast?

That is wrong i can tell you, Do not take hands behind you're neck, When abs got tired you take youre neck instead witch will point to neck injuries

I think where I went "wrong" was I brought my back to high up and didn't focus on my core. Something to keep in mind, of course an expert like me would know:)

henever your lower abs do work it automatically engages your upper abs as well, but your upper abs can work independantly from your lower abs. Exercises like sit ups work your upper abs so a lot of people end up with well developed upper abs and underdeveloped lower abs. Try hanging leg raises. Bicycle crunches and leg lifts or flutter kicks are probably a good idea too.

I'm not an expert but i think It's better if you concentrate on working off any fat before you begin any serious crunch sets, at least that way you'll get the results you want a lot faster (This is just for anyone beginning or thinking about doing these excercises)

The same thing doesn't work for everyone, but you're exxagurating how can anyone tell you, basically that you can't get a six pack, this coach obv doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. Your tummy is beyond knowledge if that's what he said he's winding you up
