Dude, what's your problem? If you're going to try to insult me you'll need to learn some good old American English first. You ignorant bone head! Voi testa ignara dell'osso! (babel fish translation)

Mixing the flour into some water to remove the lumps is brilliant. Its especially useful for me because I usually make alfredo sauce with milk/cream cheese instead of half and half so it sometimes needs a bit more flour to thicken up.I never thought of doing that but I will from now on.

Mainly the many years of experience. I know what flavors I like and have an instinct for blending them in tasteful combinations. I'm an artist and cooking is just another art form. Sometimes I'll look up recipes on the internet or in cook books and then modify them to suit my tastes or whatever ingredients I happen to have on hand.

It's Tiedyeman, not Wavy Gravy. Sorry to hear you have a weak heart. I don't do hairnets. Tsk all you like, NOT gonna happen. Did I tell you to put pepper in it? I didn't tell you to put pepper in it! You people and your pepper, when does it end? Pepper is too dominating, adding pepper or lemon would RUIN the subtle flavors of this dish. I want the garlic toasted to bring out the flavor and kill the bite that UNDERcooking it would leave. Now GO AWAY and make your lemon pepper shrimp, you freak!

Awesome recipe thar Wavy Gravy. The triple bypass was worth it. No hairnet? Tsk tsk. When I make scampi, I like to start cooking the shrimp first, salt and pepper them.(Did I miss it, I didn't see you add any pepper.) When I flip them, is when I add the garlic(and a little more S&P) and parsley. I definitly don't want to overcook the garlic. I also like a little lemon as well. Great with french bread too.Well, back for seconds...
