jethro will give you a call during the desert missions about the illegal street car racing...go to san fierro...it's behind wang autos....to get wang auto's...pass driving school (bronze at least in all tests)...then jethro will call you after yay ka boom boom...buy it for 50,000...do the 4 missions, get the asset

This is the best race in San Fierro in my opinion. If you are losing badly, you can easily gain on to them and maybe even take the lead in those hills. But if you are trying to improve your time, it's kind of annoying to spin out in the 2-lane roads when the cars make their sudden turns.P.S. 3.32 Tokyo Drift reference

It's quite hard to aquire this asset, what you have to do is compleate driving school [doesnt matter if you get bronze, i di =-)]and then if you have compleated all of the san fiero missions you will get a call from Ceaser saying he wants to start illegal street racing and you then have to buy wangs autos, do garage missions to gain cars which you can modify at Wheel Arch Angels located in Ocean Flats, San Fiero. I hope I understood your questions and I try to answer it :-)on the map you can see race flags, these are the places where races exist.when you are there you have to step in this red circle, then you can choose your race and then you have to press the handbrake I thinkI hope this will help you
