the mod maker just added the GTA3 map in to a vice city map.... also he added some vehicle models from GTA3 in to vice city by replacing vice city models. also the play character model from vice city has been replaced by GTA3 playcharacter claude model. Why to do this ? just to have helicopter's, better plane fysics and motorbikes
