Hi, it depends what lunge you are doing! In the one I show here, you should feel it more in the back of your front leg (your hamstrings and glutes on the leg in front). Let me know if that works!

No. Any cardiovascular exercise will do. Walking even burns significant calories if you do it for 45 min or so. Try anything that gets you to breathe harder and to sweat, and you need to build up to doing it for at least 30 minutes, 3-5 times in a week.

Yes. you can tone up while you slim down! Just start with the exercises in the beginning of the video. Then, increase the intensity as it gets easier. Keep doing the cardio though!
