The idea that you can burn fat of certain areas is completely false. You can work out a certain muscle by isolating it but fat is burned from all over your body.If you want to lose fat then you must do some form of aerobic exercise for a minimum of 15 minutes and get your heart rate to 75% of your Heart Rate Max. Remember to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you are taking in. (220 - age = HRM)
