They don't have acting like this in porn any longer because in those days most of the talent was from drama/dancing/performance artsy-type people. These days, most of them were professional sex workers beforehand- strippers, escorts, adult models, etc. That may be the reason why some of the people in these older films have just average looks. They had to be able to ACT scenes and not just fuck. I believe that is what makes them more erotic. But that's just my opinion.
