Oh come on, it's only Cerebellar Hypoplasia. The animal suffers no pain and it just wobbles a lot. As long as they're not falling down the stairs they live normal lives and they're absolutely hilarious to be around. You should feel bad for animals like this that aren't living comfortable lives indoors, being fed and cared for.
