Just wanted to say that I bought this documentary after watching these trailers online, and it's a wonderful film - very touching and deeply empathetic. I can only recommend it to people wanting to explore the subject of gay and/or transracial adoption.

very simple and easy way to explain to children a very complicated situation. Not gay adoption, but just the whole state takes kids away from birth parents, give them to foster parents, then then can be adopted. Wow, that was so simple how he did it (and blameless, not even negative tones about the birth parents, just the logic of they couldn't take care of them, so they will stay with him.

Excellent and so happy they adopted black boys. Black boys are 8x's less likely to be adopted.
