What a amazing video is ? Kids had invented new way Flip Flop as they were so eager to have toys, necessity is the mother of thinking. The idea of recycle was founded by African kids.....

Oh, please - I lived there for 4 years, and it IS a beautiful country, Islam and all! Why would most Americans want to follow a religious cult invented around a man who maybe existed several hundreds of years ago and thousands of miles away? If you want to open your yap, at least open it about something you know about...

Lovely story - We ,each, bought a pair of flip-flops the locals called them 1000 milers. Kenya is such a diverse country with a resourceful and lovely people . Lamu (nothing to do with the current Kenya troubles or ours for that matter) hasn't changed in 400 years. The coast is beautiful and peaceful with great scuba diving. Well worht a visit. *If you're ever in Mombasa check out the 'baby' hippo rescued that befriended a 100year tortoise.

It would've been a beautiful country if not for the influence of that awful religion, islam. Why would Kenyans want to follow a religious cult that was invented by a criminal desert bandit, muhamadd, who lived several hundreds of years ago and thousands of miles away. If you want a religion, invent one yourself. Don't follow one that was created by evil man.

We lived in Kenya for more than a decade and it was there we really learned from the people - among many a commendable virtue - NOT to waste ANYTHING :) Thanks for posting this video!

Look on and weep, So called First World Countries, that's what you call creativity. Those people will be feeding themselves when others are fighting over the last tin of beans on the empty supermarket shelves. Have you ever seen an African waste tip? there's nothing there! Excellent video!
