Period. she didn't get pushed and the gun went off. the guy didn't try to resist and the gun went off ..no she was standing there aiming a gun and pulled the trigger...Accident my ass. "I'm in a rush" isn't a defense for civilians so "I wasn't aware of were my fingers were" shouldn't be a defense for Public Servants. like the Bart shooter ."didn't know"

what was an accident? her pointing a loaded weapon at an unarmed,detained,subdued,Citizen she is suppose to be protecting...(even when arrested a sherrif would protect you from the mob ..not be part of the mob.) Innocent people... well I feel drug abuse does not warrant a jail sentence. Crimes like robbery, stealing, public nuisance, murder..etc. deserve MUCH longer sentences and are jails are way to nice. Jail should be living HELL so they dont ever want to come back. Drug addiction on the other hand, will never be solved by locking folks up. Funny Ive never been in a situation were I didn't put myself into it. If you have a cop pointing a gun at you in any respect, you most likely should do the world a favor and ask him to pull the trigger. (some what sarcastic) The question we should be asking is why were so hard on the cops when the real bad guys, the robbers, rapist, drug dealers are problem.

MINIMUM suspension and re-training....MAXIMUM termination. Totally indefensible for her to have discharged her weapon. Finger shouldn't have been on the trigger anyway once the suspect was subdued and about to be handcuffed.

How could you possibly feel the partner was more at fault than the woman who pulled the trigger? By your logic, if a drunk driver strikes and kills someone, it was the person in the passenger seat who was more at fault than the driver who was drunk. Well I live in the US, and I feel our cops do a very good job. Are their bad ones yes, are their bad people deserving a beat down yes. See in the US we have allot of law because we lack culture, hell 40% of our kids don't even have a Dad in their life, SAD as Fathers!!!. See in Japan, China, and other countries culture prevents lets say, immature behavior from kids. We need Culture, but that might make some feel excluded and offended, so we end up with nothing.Just what our government wants
