you think she accidentally drew her weapon and pointed it at him? in truth ..there is no accidents. She put her finger on the trigger and fired. Period. she didn't get pushed and the gun went off. the guy didn't try to resist and the gun went off ..no she was standing there aiming a gun and pulled the trigger...Accident my ass. "I'm in a rush" isn't a defense for civilians so "I wasn't aware of were my fingers were" shouldn't be a defense for Public Servants. like the Bart shooter ."didn't know"

what was an accident? her pointing a loaded weapon at an unarmed, detained, subdued,Citizen she is suppose to be protecting...(even when arrested a sherrif would protect you from the mob ..not be part of the mob.) Citizen. He is face down on the ground unarmed ..and she has a gun pointed at his head. What happen here was wreckless. Like a mother who drives without her baby in a car seat. Britney got away with it .but social services take children every year because of Wreckless Endangerment.

@justonemorename: get a fucking clue, braindead moron, this is called an ACCIDENT! Of course there are some power hungry sadists which shouldnt've been able to join the police force from the beginning, still, if a police officer has to pull a gun (and they have to), then you have done something clearly out of line. You only have yourself to blame. So shut the fuck up and hate the criminals instead, USA is a shithole in terms of crime stats, saying most people in jail are innocent is ignorant!

Innocent people... well I feel drug abuse does not warrant a jail sentence. Crimes like robbery, stealing, public nuisance, murder..etc. deserve MUCH longer sentences and are jails are way to nice. Jail should be living HELL so they dont ever want to come back. Drug addiction on the other hand, will never be solved by locking folks up. The blood on their hands thing.....man you have some weird thought that go threw that mind of yours. Laws need fixing, we have to many laws already..lol

blameing the victim ..i don't care what this guy did ..the cop almost killed him..she did shoot at him. she pointed a gun at him while he was laying on the ground being handcuffed and she fired the weapon. the gun didn't shoot itself ..she pulled the trigger while pointing a gun at a man that was face down on the ground ..Cops are the biggest hazard to life right now in the United States.they have more innocent people in prison.they have more blood on their hands then anything ..Laws need fixing

I knew Rodney King, and at that time in his life he put himself in a bad spot, where the cops among HELL ya! Also in this country your more than welcome to get a gun permit and carry a gun. Again sounds to me like you really have a problem with anyone telling you what to do. Your more than welcome to become a part of the solution. If you needed help you would call the cops to save your ass, remember just like you they are human.

so hard on the cops? what are you talking about ..the Rodney Beating ..we watched 12 cops wail on him ..all found innocent ..in Chicago a cop shot a kid in the back of the head and he was foundinnocent ..in oakland police kill ..in new york police kill...can you get your head out of your ass and look around ..its not people carrying guns ..its cops carrying guns ..it isn't people rioting ..its cops rioting ..people protest and the police stand in their way and cause problems ..get a clue.

Funny Ive never been in a situation were I didn't put myself into it. If you have a cop pointing a gun at you in any respect, you most likely should do the world a favor and ask him to pull the trigger. (some what sarcastic) The question we should be asking is why were so hard on the cops when the real bad guys, the robbers, rapist, drug dealers are problem.

Agree, just bothers me these folks that seem to think their perfect or something. Allot of people have it out for cops also, look I dont like a ticket any more than anyone else but if I'm speeding I'm speeding right? Rules are rules, it's not the cops that make them up, it's our local and Federal government that does. Cops want to go home and see their families like anyone else, if they say hands up, it means hands up !!!!! These same guys talking shit would be the same pussies to run

for this video clip ..the handcuffing officer who is probly the senoir officer of the two ..should get suspended and be retrained in his duties as a public servant ..he isn't there to cover his partners ass ..he is there to protect and serve the public ..for the "clumsy" cop no retraining ..just fired ..and black ball her so she can never get another job pointing guns at people who are face down on the ground being handcuffed. cops are killing kids for having cellphones..lots of "mistakes"

MINIMUM suspension and re-training....MAXIMUM termination. Totally indefensible for her to have discharged her weapon. Finger shouldn't have been on the trigger anyway once the suspect was subdued and about to be handcuffed.

How could you possibly feel the partner was more at fault than the woman who pulled the trigger? By your logic, if a drunk driver strikes and kills someone, it was the person in the passenger seat who was more at fault than the driver who was drunk. Be careful, you may be revealing a latent bias that is most unhealthy.....

Nope born and raised in the USA, but when I see something that works better I tend to point it out. Our lack of culture, American pride hurts us as a nation. You seem to have a real problem with authority figures. This also goes back to what I wrote in my first comment. It's not your fault, but to continue, your just adding to the problem. She made a mistake a BIG ONE, that I'm sure got her a desk job.

yeah you hit a nerve ..and the only point that has been proven is that your a draconian sheep ..you really should go back to china or britian or canada or whever you get to "just do your job" 2 crimes are commited in this video. 1 the female officer wrecklessly endangers the life of a detainee ..then the second and more serious violation of the law is the partner who didn't make any attempt to move the man our disarm his clumbsy partner, to you this is just a price "we" pay for security, sick

Well I live in the US, and I feel our cops do a very good job. Are their bad ones yes, are their bad people deserving a beat down yes. See in the US we have allot of law because we lack culture, hell 40% of our kids don't even have a Dad in their life, SAD as Fathers!!!. See in Japan, China, and other countries culture prevents lets say, immature behavior from kids. We need Culture, but that might make some feel excluded and offended, so we end up with nothing.Just what our government wants
