and further more and finally.....if you want to go this medical route....the guy stunting may have been suicidal whether he admitted it or not....some people feel a rush from near death experiences...and want to die so they keep trying, maybe he was pissed off and taking it out on his ride....no one will ever know for sure,so like i said fuck mayo....DIABETES is a disease....in the end NOTHING OR NOONE puts a gun to your head and forces you to have a drinkyes reckless riding is bad, DUI WORSE

as far as i see if....still you.....so fuck mayo'sin the end YOU still decide to have that drink or not, the dependency on Booze is an ADDICTION..... if you think you cant function with out it, your body will act accordingly, obsession fals into the same category i should know, my dad was what they called a functioning alcoholic but now he NEVER drinks anymore, if it were a disease theyre would have been illeffects physically

@CBRHurricane6 One more note, I wasnt defending DUI. Just saying that there is a medical problem behind that and thats not so with stunting.

@CBRHurricane6 Here is the Mayo Clinic's take on it.Alcoholism is a chronic disease that makes your body dependent on alcohol. You may be obsessed with alcohol and unable to control how much you drink, even though your drinking is causing serious problems with your relationships, health, work and finances.Who's the ingorant fuck now, jackass?

no, i dont buy that, alcoholism is NOT a disease, its a CHOICE its not like you'll go into a coma if you dont drink a beer, alcoholism is a result of other personal problems that you deal with....or more like DONT deal with by drinking constantly and stunting shouldnt be done in the street i agree, but if you can get your license back after repeat dui's i guess its technically no worse huh? and the no helmet....well thats another choicecant believe an ingorant fuck is defending drunk driving

Exactly what I noticed too. His chicken strips speak enough of how he rides. RIP bro, but it was only a matter of time until your riding style catches up to you squid.

All this reinforces the point made by the MSF that most crashes involve a number of causes. There is no "primary" cause. Feel terrible for the motorcyclist, but he undoubtedly shares the blame with the drunk driver.

not saying the rider is a saint...but the driver of the car should have been shot on site the bastard didnt learn the first two times while drinking and driving but hey third times the charm right with our legal system he will be out in no time and drink and drive for the fourth time and maybe the next time he will hit a van instead with a family of four killing them all.

if you pull wheelies with no helmet then I hope your prepared to suffer the consequences, if you drink and drive, you deserve to suffer the consequences, and they both did.

if you look at his rear tire, it is pretty obvious he was doing burnouts as well... ride like a fool? you die like an idiot...Shame anyone gets killed but public roads are hazardous for bikes.. it is up to US to avoid drunks.. the govt can not stop them or wont... Can not avoid them if you can not control your bike...

People who choose to defend drunk drivers or favor them are stupid. Almost every driver knows the law except for idiots. Before you drank your second bottle or took your next shot, you knew you brought your vehicle with you. You knew the effects of alcohol on the body. You knew how much poison you can take. And yet, you still chose to drink more. You knew everything but when it was time to decide, you didn't know anything at all. That is beyond control - beyond stupidity can ever define. Idiots.

Irregardless of whether you're popping a wheelie or driving your bike like a granny, no one is safe from drunk or neglectful drivers. Even if you're on the right or wrong lane, people who are intoxicated or just not paying attention will bump into you. And what can bikers do whose bodies are exposed to harm immediately against a car where it's basically a body's entire helmet? Who will you blame? Ignorance is indeed bliss. I drive a motorcycle, a car, and a truck. What I don't drive? Drunk.
