i would do it wen ur higher lvl esspiacly in point lookout,the pits goul things but operation anchorage isnt so bad i dont have mother ship zeta but i would say u have to be high for it and get good weapons like plasma and alien blaster

id wait it might be too late now :) but get half way through and then do them because you'll get all the bonus sweet weapons for the harder missions in the normal game
