Based on the headstock and pick-guard shapes plus that little hint of an inlay "frill" at the tip of the cutaway, it looks like a Water Road guitar (built by Akio Masuda). It's probably either the SJ model or an Arte model - I'm guessing that it's an SJ since most ofthe Arte models that I've seen have more appointments.
