It's because your iTunes account is not based in Australia. If you open iTunes and at the bottom where it says "My Country", change the country to Australia. You can then successfully perform a search for this song. I posted this response to the same question a couple of days ago, but for some reason it is not appearing anymore.

your right about MGMT being around before EOTS, MGMT was formed in 2002 whereas EOTS have been working since 2007. But Luke Steel and Nick Littlemore who make up EOTS have been with The Sleepy Jackson & PNAU since late 1990's.
I dont think they are MGMT wannabes, they are just similar genre.
