I dont think the low revs matter so much as keeping the throttle on constantly, driving it through the turn. Those ducati's are very stable and only an idiot would get anywhere near the bikes limits. On the road that is. I think the gyroscopic effect will just make it harder to turn at speed but I know my duc 900 handles better when riden harder. I dont ever rev mine high but have enough torque to allow me to ride smoothly. I'm either braking gently or accelerating gently. I prefer a smooth ride

very nice road, just stay smooth and don't go for outright pace, ride 8/10 and you'll find it much more rewarding. :]

Thanks.I think we would all be better served by these comments if there was more constructive critique and less insulting and demeaning language.

I was a bit worried about this bike being a bit too much for you as you seem to be someone who is new to the sport.I am especially concerned about all the low rev shifting and coasting through corners without throttle. As you may know now, bikes are much more stable with the revs up as the spinning engine has a gyroscopic effect.Try to ride in a way that lets you accelerate after each apex.Chopping the throttle in a curve allows the suspension to settle and eat up ground clearance.Ride well
