I'd say the one with the chip on their shoulder might be Brandon9415. I live in Atalanta too and I work in a black neighborhood. Most of the people there a decent and friendly and I've never worried about being branded as a racist. That doesn't mean everybody is perfect or that I never run into rude people but there are rude people of every ethnicity so I never make assumptions and I don't take things personally if someone is having a bad day.

You know what Brandon9415, I have no clue about the Atlanta u lived in. I'm half hispanic and half white but i look white. The majority of my friends are black and they are the nicest people i have ever met. Come to think about. They'r nicer to me than most white people have met. I don't know what to say to that. I would say, as a white man, that Atlanta is the worst place for us to live. i have lived here my whole life and the racial tension/overhang and the constant threat of being called racist (and it WILL be taken seriously in Atlanta warranted or not) make life here very uncomfortable for a white guy. As you know everyone has a chip on there shoulder regardless of race. But in Atlanta if your white that chip can come at you in ways that it cant come at monorities.

As a black man I have to say Atlanta is the best city for blacks to make it. It sure is not Los Angeles where I live were at the bottom here in Hell A which is why I want to move to Atlanta plus I have family there.
