I timed it as best as I could from my stopwatch and I got 4.41, 4.35, and 4.48. Not to mention I gave him a head start just incase there was a lag or something.

Wrong. He looked down to improve forward lean, it may look like hes slow because of his long strides, but you want to have as few strides as possible for all the dashes, 10, 20, 40....

well check this homie , he didnt pay nothing for trainning. It was free , because he ran a 4.16(WITH NO TRAINNING) at his proday his juior year of college and aslo was running 10.2/10.3 in the 100 meters in the wind. nah homie. you must consider these dudes train for 4 weeks for the nfl combine. AND, most of these people pay 15k to 100k for months of speed training. deion sanders, ran back to back 4.22's with no training. most importantly, deion actually played at 4.2 speed with PADS ON. aside from galloway and moss, not many other supposed 4.2 guys play that fast.
