talking shit taht he's slow? go out and do that but i do kinda see no point in seeing how fast u can go in 10 yards or 40 yards or so but im a soccer player htey are football most likely..and yah i guess they tend to try for 10 yards as fast as possible for first downs or 40 yards on a nice break...but true speed is breaking at least 4 mins on an 11hundred

Different technique that I my utilize in my own performance training. Question the knee extension though. Shouldn't the knees be a little further extended. Although this techique really emphasizes the pure 45-55 degree of pure acceleration.
