again I say government is responsible for this..they need to be educated.for example the women in the end might have hiv/aid ,if not then i am sure 100% she will soon have it , if that is the way of her thinking about her life and the others...research in 2005 found that 53,450 cases in the UK with hiv+ that is those who reported to the health clinics/hospitals etc...however I only feel sorry for the kids not the adults what so ever..
