They would have made a LOT more money if they hit that dancing bitch upside the head with an acoustic.

a few flaws you can notice the playing isn't really that person if you know real guitar. i mean you can sorta slide to a 24th fret sound with a slide but not really. otherwise i love it!

Yup, Steve played all the movie, except the guitar duel "slide part" (Ry Cooder) and in the beginning the Turkish March, during the classic guitar class (Kanengiser). By the way, go get the movie, if you're lucky you can still find a copy somewhere. The movie sucks, speaking of plot and what not. Just the regular karate-kid series. But there's MUSIC (all caps) in it!

doesnt have to be custom, schecter has put out 24 frets stock before, plus unless there was a video or somthing showing the recording there is no whay to prove he had 24 frets. there are many ways to get tones with guitar. and i still say they shoulda just changed it so Vai won

read the message again actually... frank says "...24 frets to reach the note Ralf Machio's stuntman did" keyword... stuntman. more than likely wasn't playing a tele & of course had he been and had a 24 fret neck on it then it would've obviously been custom

telecasters dont come with 24 frets. even pause the vid and count

William Kanengiser and Arlen Roth were Machio's "tutors". Ry Cooder does the slide part.
