The people who commit these acts, whether civilian or police, are just people either in desperate situations or severely misinformed about how to treat each other. In any case everyones trying to eat and live in abundance, bottom line if we work together maybe it can be achieved, otherwise instilling fear of one another, will keep this violence perpetual.
