The arresting cop could of done more to keep the situation peaceful and prevented it of escalating. But the undercover cop is mainly to blame, he needs to learn how to control his temper and follow orders.

Also, sorry for the double post, but if this officer is trying to accuse the other cop of racism he gets none of my sympathy. Race may have had an effect on why he was originally pulled over, but that officer didn't treat him any differently then he would have treated any suspect. Maybe he may have treated him better if he was a white officer, but that's just unfair in the other direction. The more police get treated the way they treat suspects, the happier I am. Regardless of race.

@macthefireman that speaks to a few of the deeper issues. Police officers don't like being treated the way they themselves treat suspects. It's only natural, nobody likes being treated the way police treat suspects.

The undercover officer was plain wrong in several ways. He could easily have made a case for racial profiling and for harassement if he had not behaved agressively and badly while he was being talked to but instead he turned a situation he could have argued into one where he looked like he does not have the restraint or intelligence to be a cop at all."Gimmie my license bitch" is never appropriate, and if he talks this way to another cop what would he say to a suspect! Well I'm glad you're not a "training officer" any more. I don't care WHAT the deputy's doing you consider "highly illegal", once he's stopped for WHATEVER reason, his only reasonable course of conduct is compliance, then complaint after the fact. You sound like an apologist for these affirmative action pogues that infested departments like Miami Dade and rose to become "majors" and "colonels" and shit; that is, right after they learned to speak english and write paragraphs and the like.
